General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Terms of Delivery
DDP to customer, free delivery with order >1.000 PLN.
With order <1.000 PLN, costs for packaging, handling and shipment of 20 PLN are added.
2. Delivery time
Please ask responsible salesperson. Accessories are normally delivered directly from stock.
3. Terms of payment
30 days net.
4. Prices
The prices shall be agreed in a written quotation otherwise normal list price is valid.
5. Documentation
User manual in English or in Polish is included in every product.
6. Training
User training and a basic maintenance training will always be done when the products are installed (if appropriate).
7. Warranty
12 months from an accepted installation.
8. Service organization
Carl Zeiss sp. z o.o. a organization covering Poland in 3 service places.
9. Software updates
During warranty we supply free updates of software. Upgrades to new versions are not free of charge.
10. Packaging material
In an installation we will take care of the leftover packaging material.
11. Spare parts
Carl Zeiss AG will keep spare parts for max. 10 years after the product is no longer produced.
12. Maintenace contract
Can be signed with our service organization after the warranty time.
13. Quotes
A quote is valid for 1 month if not someting else is agreed.
